Regal was entrusted to breathe new life into a stunning property in Chelsea, giving Chatsworth Court the care and attention it has long deserved.

Rich in history, Chatsworth Court dates back to the early 19th century and exemplifies the architectural charm of the 1930s. Designed by renowned architects H.F. Murrell and R.M. Pigott, the property features signature brown-brick façades, composition balconies, and distinctive green pan-tiled roofs. Their legacy includes other iconic London developments such as Ovington Court in Knightsbridge, Malvern Court in South Kensington, and Redcliffe Close in Old Brompton Road.

Upon its completion, Chatsworth Court was celebrated as a "country club in a garden," boasting luxurious amenities such as tennis and squash courts, a swimming pool, and an elegant restaurant. Residents also enjoyed premium services, including optional maid assistance and uniformed porters.

The flats themselves were a marvel of modern innovation for the time, equipped with conveniences like electric clocks, internal telephones, heated towel rails, and a state-of-the-art water-softening system that delivered clear, soft water for personal use.
