Holland Park Mansions
A comprehensive residential restoration project completed in Holland Park, focused on bringing a long-neglected and deteriorated property back to life through extensive refurbishment works, modern upgrades and carefully considered interior improvements.
The works involved stripping back damaged and outdated finishes, addressing the effects of age and prolonged disuse, and carrying out extensive internal refurbishment to restore the property’s condition, functionality and overall finish.
Regal Construction Services carefully managed each stage of the transformation, balancing practical upgrades with sensitive restoration work to create a refined, cohesive result while retaining the character of the original building.
Comprehensive refurbishment works were carried out across three residential apartments, combining high-quality finishes with practical upgrades and carefully managed renovation works to create modern, comfortable living spaces.
The project included kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across the apartments, designed to modernise each space, improve everyday functionality and create a consistent contemporary finish throughout.
Interior Restoration & Finishing Works
Decorative restoration, flooring installation and complete plumbing and electrical upgrades were delivered across all three apartments, creating a cohesive and refined final finish throughout the development.
